Welcome to Classics on Kent! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone, please take a moment to review the important show details below. Gates open at 7:00 a.m., with vehicle check-in running from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. – all registered vehicles must arrive within this window. Spectator entry begins at 9:00 a.m., and the show will run until 3:00 p.m. Upon arrival, participants will be guided to designated parking areas, and vendors will be guided to their booth locations. Please follow the instructions of event staff for a seamless setup. For safety reasons, no vehicle movement will be allowed during show hours. This is a rain-or-shine event, and no refunds will be issued. We kindly ask all participants and guests to respect event rules and fellow attendees to help make Classics on Kent a fantastic experience for all. We look forward to seeing you there!

11:00 am – DRAW FOR FIRST DOOR PRIZES (Numbers change at 12:00 pm)
12:00 pm – DRAW FOR SECOND DOOR PRIZES (Numbers change at 1:00 pm)
1:00 pm – DRAW FOR THIRD DOOR PRIZES (Numbers remain until 2:00 pm)
2:00 pm – TROPHY PRESENTATION

FAMILY ZONE
Be sure to stop by the Family Zone at Classics on Kent! Located in the Scotiabank parking lot, this exciting area is dedicated to fun-filled activities for kids of all ages, and we’re thrilled to showcase our wonderful vendors who make it all possible. From face painting and crafts to interactive games and exciting attractions, the Family Zone is the perfect spot for families to create lasting memories while enjoying the classic car show!
VEHICLE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Arrive at the main gate at Russell Street West and William Street South – gates open at 7:00am
- If you have pre-registered, have your registration receipt ready to show the parking officials
- If you have not pre-registered, the registration fee is $20 at the gate, CASH ONLY
- Proceed north on William Street to Kent Street, and follow the parking official’s directions
- All participants will receive a complimentary dash plaque and the first 100 cars will get a bucket of goodies from local sponsors
- Head to the registration booth in front of Friendly Dollar & Discount on Kent Street for your dash card and raffle ticket
- Raffle drawings for car registrants will be at 11:00am, 12:00pm, and 1:00pm. Check winning numbers at the Prize Table or listen for announcements by the DJ. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn
- Trophy winners will be notified by their judge, with presentations at the Swag Booth at 2:00pm
- The show runs from 9:00am-3:00pm. Please stay until the end for pedestrian safety

SHOW RULES
We want Classics on Kent to be a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees and visitors. If you are bringing your vehicle to the show, please observe the following rules & regulations:
- All vehicles must enter the event at the entrance gate located at the intersection of Russell Street West & William Street South. There is no other entry to Kent Street or the event
- Parking locations will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. THERE ARE NO RESERVED PARKING SPACES – no exceptions
- Parking officials will assign all parking spots to drivers once through the entrance gate
- Vehicles will park facing out to the street as directed by parking officials
- Once assigned, the vehicle must remain in their designated spot until departure (after 3:00 p.m.)
- No traffic cones or other objects are allowed on un-assigned parking spaces unless used for safety by event staff
- Any abusive language or actions toward event staff or volunteers will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate removal of individuals and their vehicle from the event
- This will be a very congested area with pedestrian traffic of all ages, the utmost care must be taken when moving your vehicle through the show
- Speed must be consistent with a slow walk – no more than 5km/h
- No tire burnouts, racing or stunt driving of any kind
- Any mechanical or safety issue with your vehicle should be reported to the event staff so assistance can be obtained
