Welcome to the Classics on Kent vendor application page! We’re excited to welcome a variety of vendors to our event, from artisans and crafters to food vendors and local businesses. If you’d like to showcase your products or services at this year’s show, please complete the application below by no later than Friday, July 11th, 2025.
If your application is approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions and event day setup details. This is a rain-or-shine event, and no refunds will be given. We look forward to having you at Classics on Kent!
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tent weights, tables, and chairs – no hydro is available for booths.
Proof of insurance is required for approval. Food vendors are responsible for completing and submitting a Notification of Food Premises Opening form to the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge Health Unit prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in the vendor’s removal from the event (by the Health Unit).
